Responsibilities:

Perform full set of accounts, including but not limited to AP, AR and bank reconciliations.

Maintain proper accounting transactions & records

Prepare monthly reports and accounting documents

Handle data entry, filing and other clerical duties

Any ad-hoc assignments as required

Job Requirements

Diploma or above in Accounting / Finance or equivalent

2 year(s) Experience Required;
Knowledgeable and experienced in using ERP system preferred

Detail-minded with high accuracy

Excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua is a must)

Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility and accountability

Detail-minded and well-organized

Hardworking, willing to learn with good team spirit

Role Responsibilities

The successful candidate will visit various client sites in the area in order to carry out servicing, repairs, and preventative maintenance on a wide range of Jungheinrich material handling equipment and forklift trucks. You will be responsible for the management and control of the parts stock and completing service reports and timesheets.

Person Specification

This position will be suitable for mechanically and electrical biased engineers from any type of maintenance / service background specifically general automotive technicians, HGV, mobile plant, forklift, or ex forces military vehicle engineers. Given the nature of the role, the ideal candidate will hold a full driving license and have previous experience in a customer-facing environment. Additionally, having previously worked unsupervised would be a benefit.

Job Description:

CONINCO USA is currently seeking a highly capable General Manager to lead the development and management of distributors for our HVLS fan products across North and South America. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving market expansion and maintaining distributor relationships under the company’s strategic direction, ensuring continuous business growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage distribution channels for HVLS fan products in North and South America, formulating and executing market expansion strategies.

2. Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with existing and potential distributors, optimizing and expanding the sales network.

3. Monitor market trends, analyze competitors, and develop effective marketing and sales strategies.

4. Manage and train the sales team to ensure achievement of sales targets.

5. Oversee regional market operations, optimizing processes for efficient market execution.

6. Report regularly to the company on sales progress and market conditions, providing improvement suggestions and driving business growth.

Requirements:

1. Over 5 years of sales management experience, with a strong background in market development and channel management, especially in HVLS fans or related industrial products.

2. Familiarity with North and South American markets, with a proven track record in developing sales channels in these regions.

3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills, capable of maintaining relationships and developing new channels.

4. Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a proven record of achieving sales targets.

5. Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.

6. Willingness to travel internationally.
